Delete your account

In the app (recommended)

Open BandUp → Profile → Delete account. Confirm the prompt. This removes your login, profile, avatar, and push tokens. Deletion is immediate.

What stays

Messages you already sent remain in the other person’s inbox labelled as a deleted user so their chat history is not wiped. Call logs and anonymised practice aggregates may remain in the other member’s view.

Sign in again

BandUp uses Apple or Google only — there is no email/password account to cancel separately. If you sign in again with the same Apple ID or Google account after deletion, you receive a new empty profile.

Google Play data deletion

This page is the public URL for Google Play’s “Data deletion” field. The in-app path above is the primary way to delete your data.
