Agreement

By creating a BandUp account you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 13. You may only have one account.

The service

BandUp lets you match with students on the same exam, message them, and (if you subscribe) place voice calls. We do not guarantee a partner, a score, or exam success. IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE are trademarks of their owners; BandUp is not affiliated with them.

Accounts

Sign in with Apple or Google only. You are responsible for what you post. We may suspend or delete accounts that break the community guidelines or the law.

Subscriptions

Premium features (extra filters, voice calls, extra translations, unlimited new chats) are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, refunds, and cancellation follow that store’s rules. Restore purchases from the paywall.

How to delete your account

Open Profile and tap Delete account. That removes your login, profile, and avatar. Messages you already sent stay in the other person’s inbox as “Deleted user” so their history is not wiped. The same Apple or Google account can sign in again later as a new empty profile. There is no email/password login to cancel. See also Delete your account.

Liability

Practice with strangers at your own judgment. BandUp is provided as is. We are not liable for other users’ messages or for exam outcomes. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator is established, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
